Mission Statement
Our mission as the IEEE Northern Canada Section is to assist and improve the electrical, electronic, computer and information technology
industries; in Northern Canada, as well as in Canada and the rest of the world by:
1. Providing practical liaisons between academia and the technical workforce, and
2. Advancing
the professional standing of our members and their industry.
In addition, in conjunction with IEEE's grassroots mission, we strive to enhance the quality of life for everyone through
improved public awareness of the influences and application of the world's technologies. |
